Xavi hasn't had a FIFA Ultimate Team card since FIFA 15. Ultimate Team was underdeveloped back then considering how popular it is now and the amount of cards that are released each year.

Xavi received two Team of the Year cards and a Team of the Season card in earlier FIFA titles, but now he's back as an Icon. He'll have four versions in FIFA 21: base, middle, Prime and Prime Moments. The Prime Moments card was detailed in the announcement, but no rating was revealed.

Xavi is the third new Icon confirmed for FIFA 21. He joins Petr Cech and Eric Cantona. It's unknown how many more Icons will be added, but the new additions are fan favorites and sure to be popular in the next Ultimate Team cycle.
