FIFA 21 Petr Cech: Goalkeeper Revealed as an Icon

FIFA 21's Petr Cech is the newest Icon revealed for the upcoming FIFA Ultimate Team cycle.

The legendary goalkeeper is arguably the best to ever play in the Premier League. Cech played for both Chelsea and Arsenal winning the Champions League, Europa League, Premier League, FA Cup, League Cup and Community Shield during his time in the league. Not to mention the numerous of Premier League Golden Gloves he won during his time as a professional footballer.

His last FIFA Ultimate Team card was an End of an Era item in FIFA 19 after he announced his retirement. Cech now returns as an Icon in FIFA 21.

FIFA 21 Petr Cech: Goalkeeper Revealed as an Icon

Cech is the second Icon revealed for FIFA 21 Ultimate Team. He joins Eric Cantona as new additions. Additionally, each reveal showcased what's expected to be the Prime Icon Moments card design.

Cech's in-game model will also feature his icon helmet he was known for wearing during his long career.

The addition of Cech means there are now at least five Icon goalkeepers in the game. Cech joins Peter Schmeichel, Lev Yashin, Edwin van der Sar and Jens Lehmann.

The FIFA 21 Ultimate Team reveal is scheduled to take place Monday, Aug. 10.
